Comme dans mon précédent article, au delà d’un livre, je voulais vous partager mon coup de cœur pour un artiste : Rafael Mantesso et son fidèle compagnon Jimmy Choo.

Je suis tombée dessus par hasard en navigant sur IG il y a quelques années maintenant et j’ai directement accroché sur le travail de M. Mantesso, son imagination débordante, son travail vraiment à part et sa relation fusionnelle avec son chien.
Un livre est sorti outre Atlantique sur son travail, il ne sera pas traduit en français je pense mais vous pouvez le commander sur le net, même si vous ne lisez pas l’anglais, il vaut le coup pour les photos géniales qu’il contient!

On Rafael Mantesso’s thirtieth birthday, his wife left him. She took their cookware, their furniture, their photos, their decorations. She left Rafael alone in an empty all-white apartment.
